  4. Determine if you will pay in-state or out-of-state tuition. Learn more about the difference here. For example, if you are an in-state resident and planning to take six credits for the Master of Architecture degree, the tuition cost will be $4,518.
  5. The middle section of the document lists all mandatory Institute fees. To see your total tuition plus mandatory fees, refer to the last two columns of the PDF.

Special Instructions

The MS-GMC program requires the development of a final project which can be produced in a variety of forms (e.g. thesis, film production, web design, creative writing etc.) and incorporates advanced research and a methodological framework. We recognize project ideas will evolve over time but would like to hear from applicants about their ideas for graduate research. 

  • Please describe a 'tentative graduate degree project' that you would like to work on during your time in the graduate program. Feel free to mention which LMC and ML faculty members you would like to work with in case you are already familiar with their research.
  • Please outline your interests and describe what you find intriguing about a particular topic and what aspects you would like to explore.
  • You can also describe what research methodology or research approach you would like to use when working on your tentative project if you have heard of or are already familiar with different academic theoretical angles and research literature. 
  • You can change the 'tentative graduate degree project' once you have been admitted to the program and you have selected a topic and an advisor for your project.
